Catskill Mountain Rye
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
- 1 cup Rye flour
- 1 3/4 cups Bread flour
- 3 tablespoons Dry milk -- nonfat
- 1 tablespoon Yeast -- active dry
- 4 tablespoons Gluten
Use the "standard" or "white bread" mode of your bread machine
Makes great sandwiches and is delicious toasted.
