1 Pound Loaf

  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 2 cups White bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon Plus (see below)
  • 1 teaspoon Dry milk
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Plus (see below)
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons Lime juice
  • 1 pinch Lemon Peel
  • 2 teaspoons Yeast (active dry)
